Larnach is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Royals.

The 27-year-old will typically find himself on the bench against left-handed pitching, but he's sitting Tuesday even though righty Seth Lugo is starting for Kansas City. Larnach is hitting .276 through eight games in July but has an underwhelming .674 OPS since he has just one extra-base hit during that span.
