Polanco (kneecap) isn't starting Monday against the Red Sox.

Polanco was removed from Saturday's game against San Francisco due to left patellar tendinitis and didn't play Sunday. He'll remain out of the lineup for a second consecutive game Monday while Nick Gordon starts at the keystone and bats fifth.
