Bailey (biceps) has started throwing, manager Rocco Baldelli told the St. Paul Pioneer press.
Bailey made just one start this season and then was shut down due to right biceps tendinitis. He then started throwing again in early August before having another setback. It sounds like he's making progress, but it's not clear if he'll be able to return this season.
