Tigers' Miguel Cabrera: Expected to play Saturday

Tigers manager Brad Ausmus expects Cabrera (back) to play Saturday, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

He'll check on Cabrera prior to Saturday's contest to be sure, but it sounds like the early exit from Friday's game is due to a relatively minor ailment.
