Lee is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.
Lee will retreat to the bench for the series finale after he went 3-for-13 with a double, an RBI and a run while starting at second base over the past four games. The Tigers will go with Zach McKinstry at the keystone Sunday, but McKinstry around to other spots in the infield or outfield if manager A.J. Hinch is keen on keeping Lee in the lineup on a more recurring basis while Gleyber Torres (oblique) is on the shelf.
