The Tigers activated De Jesus (personal) from the paternity leave list Wednesday, Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic reports.

De Jesus was away from the team for only one day while welcoming a new addition to the family. Yilber Diaz was sent down to Triple-A Toledo in a corresponding roster move.
