Haggerty was released by the Rangers on Sunday.
Haggerty will hit the open market after previously being designated for assignment by Texas on Friday. The outfielder has produced an unimpressive .159/.213/.182 slash line with only two extra-base hits while striking out 16 times over 44 at-bats in 36 contests with the Rangers this season.
