Kinley agreed to a one-year, $1.025 million deal with the Rockies on Tuesday, avoiding arbitration, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
The 30-year-old pitched in 70 games out of the bullpen for Colorado last season and posted a 4.73 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 68:26 K:BB over 70.1 innings. He had 10 holds and should enter spring training with a strong chance to be on the Opening Day roster.
