The Rockies activated Feltner (shoulder) from the 15-day injured list Monday.
Feltner is listed as the Rockies' probable starter for Monday's game at Coors Field against the Marlins after missing nearly three weeks with a right shoulder strain. The right-hander made one rehab start with Triple-A Albuquerque, allowing five runs (three earned) on four hits and two walks over 2.2 innings. He threw only 49 pitches in the outing, so Feltner's workload will likely be limited Monday.
