Ynoa has started 2016 with a .269/.342/.433 line while hitting seven doubles and two triples in 16 games.

Over the past few seasons, Ynoa has been somewhat enigmatic in both Colorado and Triple-A Albuquerque, as he's shown bursts of brilliance, followed by droughts in which his stats have plummeted. This year has been no different, as he ended spring training with a .357 batting average and only six strikeouts in 42 at-bats, but has begun the 2016 campaign rather slowly. However, through the ups and downs, Ynoa's power has increased dramatically. He already has seven doubles and is on pace to surpass last season's Triple-A total of 12 in no time. If he continues to display this power and gets his average closer to the .300 mark, he could get back to the show before season's end.
