Carasiti signed a minor league deal with the Rockies on Wednesday that includes an invitation to spring training, MLB.com's Thomas Harding reports.
The 25-year-old righty gave up 16 earned runs in 15.2 innings out of the Rockies' bullpen last season, but the organization likes his long-term potential enough to bring him back to big league camp. He will compete for a low-leverage role.
