The Reds optioned La Sorsa to Triple-A Louisville on Sunday.
The left-hander will head to the minors after he took the loss Saturday against the Brewers after giving up three runs (two earned) in the 11th inning. Connor Phillips was called up from Louisville to take La Sorsa's spot in the bullpen.
