Greene (hip) allowed one unearned run on one hit and three walks while striking out nine over 5.2 innings for Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday.
Greene raised his pitch count to 83 in his fourth rehab start. The Reds targeted Sunday's game against the Blue Jays for the right-hander to make his return from the 60-day injured list, and he appears set to hit that mark on the heels of the strong rehab outing.
