Abreu has been ejected from Monday's game against Toronto, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.
Abreu didn't agree with a few called strikes during his second at-bat of the game, and he had a few choice words for the home plate umpire after striking out. Rob Refsnyder took over in left field and will bat in the No. 2 spot the rest of the way.
