Abreu (calf) reported no issues after taking part in running sessions Friday and Saturday, MLB.com reports.
Boston manager Alex Cora said Saturday the outfielder came out of the two sessions feeling "OK," but he stopped short of offering a timeline for the outfielder's return. Abreu has been on the shelf since Aug. 21 due to a right calf strain.
