The 30-year-old left-hander is still searching for a rhythm since coming off the injured list July 26 with a groin strain, logging a 4.00 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 20:11 K:BB over his last six starts (27 frames). Suarez, who still has a strong 3.35 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 117:37 K:BB across 118.1 innings in 2026, has a tough road matchup against the division-rival Yankees on tap for this weekend.
