Rodriguez (10-7) picked up the win Friday pitching seven innings while allowing three runs on eight hits with one walk and two strikeouts in a win over Cleveland.
The veteran southpaw tied his season-high with seven innings pitched Friday. While Rodriguez did surrender eight hits for the second consecutive start, the left-hander was able to limit the damage with all three runs coming via home runs from Jose Ramirez and Yu Chang. After throwing a season-high 109 pitches Friday, Rodriguez is tentatively scheduled to take the mound next week against Tampa Bay.
