Jansen started at catcher and went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Wednesday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Mariners.
Jansen delivered a game-tying run with a sixth-inning single, which eventually led to the extra frame. He's made two starts (one at DH) since being acquired from the Blue Jays and his 4-for-7 for his new team. Connor Wong remains the starter at catcher, while Jansen is expected to see steady dose of work against lefties.
