Caballero went 1-for-3 with one RBI and a stolen base in Wednesday's 5-2 loss to the Cardinals.
Caballero has five steals over his last eight games despite going hitless in five of those contests. He's just 4-for-24 (.167) with two RBI in that span. The speedy infielder is 30-for-42 on the basepaths this season while adding a middling .231/.290/.353 slash line, seven home runs, 29 RBI, 42 runs scored, 15 doubles and a triple over 95 contests. While Caballero isn't swinging a particularly hot bat, he looks to be the primary option for the Rays at third base, though he filled in for Taylor Walls at shortstop in Wednesday's game.
