Wendle went through fielding drills Saturday with a brace on his broken right wrist, Josh Tolentino of The Athletic reports.
Wendle was given a 6-to-8-week timetable when he suffered the injury in late April, making him unlikely to return before early June. Brandon Lowe has taken over as the Rays' second baseman in his absence.
