Choi is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Blue Jays, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.
After going 2-for-9 with three walks and a run while starting in each of the Rays' final three games of their weekend series with the Tigers, the lefty-hitting Choi will head to the bench Monday with southpaw Robbie Ray on the mound for Toronto. Jordan Luplow replaces Choi at first base.
