Paredes is not starting in Saturday's lineup against the Orioles, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Paredes will get a routine day of rest, with Curtis Mead taking over at third base and hitting sixth. Since returning from a hand injury Tuesday, Paredes has only one hit across 14 at-bats.
