Andrus exited Tuesday's game at Kansas City with an apparent hamstring injury, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Andrus appeared to slow down and grab at his hamstring while running to first base Tuesday, only to be removed from the game shortly thereafter. Logan Forsythe moved over to shortstop after Andrus exited.
