Poulin (forearm) cleared outright waivers Monday and is now a free agent.
Though he held a 2.70 ERA over 36.2 innings, Poulin's 25:21 K:BB was less encouraging. The left-hander missed the second half with a flexor strain, so he will enter free agency with health questions even as he was able to avoid surgery.
