Triple-A Indianapolis placed Ashcraft on its 7-day injured list Saturday due to a right forearm injury, per MLB.com.
It marks the third time since June 28 that Ashcraft has landed on the injured list. The last time he was on the IL was due to right elbow inflammation that caused him to miss a month and a half. He had just returned Friday, pitching one inning.
