Philadelphia recalled Lazar from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Sunday.
Lazar will make his third stint with the big-league club this season after Sunday's call-up. In 31 games with Lehigh Valley this season, the right-hander owns a 4.06 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 42:18 K:BB over 37.2 innings. The Phillies optioned Orion Kerkering to make room for Lazar on the active roster.
