Clemens isn't in the Phillies' lineup Friday against the Athletics.

Lefty JP Sears will start on the mound Friday for Oakland, meaning the lefty-hitting Clemens will begin the game in the dugout. Alec Bohm will take over at first base, allowing Edmundo Sosa to start at third and bat eighth.
