Phillies' Johan Rojas: Out for season following UCL tear

The Phillies announced Wednesday that Rojas (suspension) will miss the remainder of the season after suffering a right elbow UCL tear that will require an internal brace procedure.

Rojas has nearly completed his 80-game suspension for violating the league's policy against performance-enhancing drugs, but he injured his elbow while ramping up baseball activities. The expectation is that Rojas will be ready for the start of spring training next year.
