Harper was diagnosed with a contusion on his right hand after getting hit by a pitch Friday, Matt Breen of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Harper stayed in to run the bases but was replaced before taking the field. The Phillies haven't announced whether Harper underwent X-rays, but he's seemingly avoided serious injury.
