The Padres reinstated Peralta (thigh) from the 15-day injured list Sunday.
The left-hander has been sidelined since mid-July due to a left adductor strain, but he's ready to rejoin the Friars after three scoreless rehab appearances. Peralta has 11 holds this season but has struggled at times with a 4.50 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 20:12 K:BB over 34 innings.
