Strahm (knee) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Saturday.
The 29-year-old continues his recovery from patellar tendon surgery on his right knee in October and won't be retaking the field in the near future. Strahm didn't pitch at any point during spring training and will be unavailable until at least the start of June.
