Musgrove (elbow) will make his next rehab start at Triple-A El Paso on Thursday, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
As anticipated, Musgrove will need to make another start in the minors before being activated from the 60-day injured list. He fired 70 pitches during his previous rehab outing Friday, so he'll presumably extend out a few more pitches during what should be his final rehab start. If all goes according to plan, he'll line up to make his first big-league appearance since 2024 during the first week of September.
