Honeycutt was removed from Thursday's contest with High-A Frederick due to left quad tightness, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
Honeycutt was taken out of the game before he was able to log an at-bat. The 23-year-old owns a .200 average with eight home runs, 23 RBI, 30 runs scored and 18 stolen bases over 145 at-bats so far this season. It's unclear how long he may be sidelined.
