Baz was removed from Tuesday's game against the Mets after getting hit on the elbow by a comebacker, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Baz took a 105-mph line drive off his right elbow in the fifth inning, and after his warm-up pitch sailed over the head of the catcher, the Orioles made the call to take him out of the game. He'll presumably undergo imaging to determine whether he suffered a fracture, and the team may provide an update on his status in the near future.
