Huff signed a minor-league contract with the Orioles on Friday and was assigned to Triple-A Norfolk.
Huff has elected free agency on all three occasions after the Orioles have designated him for assignment this season, only to return to the organization on minor-league pacts. The 28-year-old catcher has logged 102 plate appearances at Norfolk this season, slashing .183/.255/.312 with three home runs.
