O'Hearn is not in the lineup for Wednesday's contest against the Nationals, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Southpaw DJ Herz will toe the slab for the Nationals, so the left-handed-hitting O'Hearn will grab a seat. Austin Slater will occupy left field and Eloy Jimenez will start at designated hitter for the Orioles.
