The Orioles designated Raquet for assignment Tuesday.
Raquet has a 3.63 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 45:12 K:BB across 39.2 innings for Triple-A Norfolk this year but won't retain his place on Baltimore's 40-man roster. He made four appearances for the O's earlier this year and gave up three earned runs across 3.2 innings.
