The Orioles outrighted Vazquez to Triple-A Norfolk on Thursday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Vazquez cleared waivers after being booted off the Orioles' 40-man roster, but he'll stick around after accepting an outright assignment. The 26-year-old will provide infield depth at Norfolk.
