De Leon is being promoted to Triple-A Norfolk, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.
De Leon is now just one step away from making his major-league debut. The southpaw has compiled a 4.33 ERA and 1.37 WHIP with a 100:42 K:BB over 81 innings in 19 starts with Double-A Chesapeake this season.
