Reed was claimed off waivers from the Dodgers on Monday, and he will immediately head to the top level with his new squad. Reed owns a 7.36 ERA over 11.0 big-league innings this season, but he does at least bring some experience, having appeared in 20 major-league games since the start of the 2021 campaign.
