Cowser went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in Sunday's 3-1 loss to the Rays.

Cowser was responsible for both of Baltimore's two hits and their lone run in the defeat -- he lead off the ninth inning with a 382-foot shot off closer Bryan Baker, his 12th homer of the year. After a tough start to the season, the 26-year-old Cowser has heated up of late, going 12-for-37 (.324) with four homers and a 1.045 OPS in his last 15 contests. Cowser is now slashing .219/.314/.372 across 310 plate appearances this year with 36 runs scored, 34 RBI and eight steals.
