Garrett was called up to serve as the 29th man for Tuesday's doubleheader against the Mets, Jessica Camerato of MLB.com reports.
Garrett has thrown 7.2 major-league innings this season, allowing eight runs (seven earned) while striking out four and walking seven. If he pitches in either game, it will likely be in a low-leverage role.
