Ruiz (illness) isn't in the Nationals' lineup Saturday versus Oakland, Andrew Golden of The Washington Post reports.

Ruiz has now missed four consecutive starts due to illness, but the 25-year-old backstop remains day-to-day. Riley Adams will start again in Ruiz's place and bat eighth.
