Updating a previous report, Cespedes left Sunday's game due to nausea and dizziness, MLB.com's Anthony DiComo reports.
Cespedes had been dealing with quadriceps soreness, leading many to speculate that his leg was the reason for Sunday's early exit. That doesn't sound like it's the case, however, as an apparent illness seems to be the culprit. Consider Cespedes day-to-day heading into Monday's series opener against the Braves.
