The Mets reinstated Marte (knee) from the 10-day injured list, and he's starting in right field and batting fifth Sunday against the Marlins.
The 35-year-old has been sidelined nearly two months due to a bruised right knee, but he'll rejoin the Mets after a five-game rehab assignment in the minor leagues. Marte was hitting well in June with an .817 OPS in 14 games prior to the injury and will look to pick up where he left off.
