Canha has tested positive for COVID-19, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.
Canha isn't starting Friday's game against the Diamondbacks and will need to isolate from the team following his positive test. He's not experiencing symptoms, but it's not yet clear when he'll be able to return. Dominic Smith and J.D. Davis should see an uptick in playing time while Canha is unavailable.
