Bader is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game at Cleveland, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
Bader started the previous four games but will receive a day off after he went 5-for-16 with a double, four RBI and a steal during that stretch. Tyrone Taylor will take over in center field and bat fifth.
