Betances (lat) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Wednesday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
Betances was evaluated by the Mets' training staff Wednesday, and they determined that he's healthy enough to return to the bullpen for the final five games of the regular season. The right-hander has a 6.10 ERA and 8:7 K:BB over 10.1 innings across 13 relief appearances this season. Corey Oswalt was sent down to make room on the active roster.
