Mets' Colin Holderman: Starting rehab stint

Holderman (shoulder) will report to Triple-A Syracuse on Sunday to begin a rehab assignment, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.

Holderman has been out the past couple weeks with a right shoulder impingement, so he shouldn't require a lengthy rehab stint in the minors. The 26-year-old has appeared in 10 games in his first taste of the big leagues this year and has a 3.18 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 14:4 K:BB over 11.1 innings.
