Carrasco started Sunday's game in poor fashion, walking the first two Yankees and surrendering two runs in the opening frame. He settled down thereafter and was actually spotted a 4-2 lead after the second inning, but the teams went back and forth to eliminate Carrasco from being the pitcher of record. The 34-year-old has now permitted three runs or less in five straight starts and has a 3.62 ERA across 27.1 innings in the stretch.
